Top NJ Boutique law firm has an immediate remote opportunity to represent clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating commercial litigation procedures, providing strong legal counsel and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in court. This position demands a diligent litigator capable of managing cases from inception through resolution with a strategic and analytical approach. Firm would consider a part-time.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and legal options
Manage case timelines and coordinate with remote teams
Analyze complex legal issues and apply relevant laws and precedents

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
Active admission to the New Jersey Bar
Active admission to the New York Bar

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in legal research and writing
Strong litigation strategy and trial advocacy skills
Excellent client communication abilities
