Ready for a sales career where high performance aligns directly with high rewards? Do you want to earn what your energy and effort deserve, rather than what a traditional commission structure allows?

I am based in Sydney, Australia working with people across the world. This is a self-employed business opportunity with no base salary, offering real flexibility and a proven sales model. It can be built full-time, or part-time alongside your existing work. As an independent achiever, you will be part of a community of ambitious professionals driving results and setting new standards of success. A growth mindset, a willingness to keep learning and a commitment to personal growth are essential.

Requirements

What you will do day to day:

Drive sales growth: develop and carry out your own sales strategies to share award-winning self-growth training programs with the right client segments. Build trusting relationships: cultivate genuine, lasting relationships with prospective clients. Mentor others: as your business grows, support and mentor others who join the business. Set and exceed your own goals: take ownership of your targets and consistently strive to surpass them. Plan your growth: create and carry out plans to reach new markets and expand your reach. Stay on top of your numbers: manage your sales activity and forecasting, with systems and tools provided. Know the programmes: develop a thorough understanding of the training programmes so you can communicate their value with conviction. Keep improving: learn from challenges, adapt to changing markets and contribute to a progressive community. The ideal candidate:

Six years or more of professional experience in sales leadership or a related field. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong leadership, with a passion for mentoring and developing others. Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed independently. A growth mindset and a strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth. You will be sharing online personal development programmes, so you need to be able to engage with and advocate for this kind of content wholeheartedly. Excellent time management and organisational skills for remote work. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic global business.

Benefits

Performance-based income: there is no base salary. Your income comes entirely from your own sales results, on high-ticket programmes, with no cap. Established support: use proven systems and processes to streamline your business. Expert mentorship and training: ongoing guidance to strengthen your sales and leadership skills. A collaborative global community: work alongside ambitious people committed to mutual success. Room to grow: immerse yourself in the principles of a success mindset and shared achievement. Freedom and flexibility: work remotely and manage your own schedule. Ready to lead and thrive in a business of your own? I would welcome your application.
