In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service while enjoying the comforts of a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries and issues.
Utilize our CRM system to accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Proactively resolve customer concerns by understanding their needs and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of our services.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance the customer experience across the board.
Keep updated on product features, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
