We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a team of financial professionals. Responsibilities

As a Remote Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of your team. Your primary duties will include:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a remote team of mortgage professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Driving a client-centric approach, ensuring an exceptional and positive experience for every client. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency in a remote setting. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the professional development of team members. Acting as a senior point of contact for complex client cases and providing expert guidance to find effective solutions. Ensuring all team activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Fostering a collaborative, positive, and engaging remote team environment that reflects the company’s core values. Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who can demonstrate a strong track record of success in a similar role. Key qualifications include:

Proven experience in a management or leadership position, specifically within the mortgage or financial services industry. Demonstrable experience successfully managing and developing a remote team. A comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process, financial products, and relevant regulations. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving client goals and business objectives. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote work environment. A professional, upbeat, and friendly attitude that aligns with our company culture.
