Job Description AAA Service LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Compliance Coordinator to support the company’s compliance initiatives by ensuring business operations adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring regulatory requirements, coordinating internal audits, and assisting departments with compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while supporting compliance programs in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor company compliance activities and administrative processes.
Maintain compliance records, policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
Monitor deadlines for certifications, licenses, and compliance requirements.
Assist with internal audits by organizing and preparing required documentation.
Review company records to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance-related questions and documentation needs.
Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate tracking records.
Support the implementation and improvement of compliance programs and internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documentation.
Perform additional administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in compliance, administration, quality assurance, risk management, or office support is preferred.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment. Required Skills
