Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations is preferred but not required.
Excellent typing skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and online data management systems.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records in internal databases and systems.
Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
Review documents to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
Organize, sort, and maintain digital files and records.
Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis when needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
