What You'll Do
Lead Client Consultations
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Educate clients on available benefit options
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
Develop & Support Your Team
- Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
- Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
- Set performance goals and monitor team progress
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
