Position Overview:Are you motivated by helping people, building relationships, and earning based on your performance? Our Allstate agency is looking for an experienced and licensed insurance professional to join our remote team.

We’re seeking someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, enjoys sales conversations, and can confidently guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs. If you have prior insurance experience and are looking for a flexible remote role with growth potential, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound follow-up - Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products - Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities - Follow up consistently with prospects and current customers - Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking - Deliver a positive and professional customer experience - Work toward individual and agency sales goals

Qualifications:

- Active Property & Casualty license required - Prior insurance sales experience preferred - Strong communication and closing skills - Comfortable working independently in a remote setting - Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships
