Position Overview
Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Support Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day customer service and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping coordinate requests, resolve routine concerns, maintain accurate records, and ensure a consistent and positive service experience.
This position is ideal for an organized professional who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, and other approved communication channels.
Coordinate customer requests, service inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and account-related questions.
Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and service documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and service issues.
Escalate complex, sensitive, or urgent matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
Process and update information using company systems and databases.
Track customer interactions and maintain organized support records.
Help identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to management.
Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
Meet established service standards, productivity expectations, and deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
