Responsibilities:Collaborate with Creative Directors, studio teams, and external vendors to lead end-to-end print production from initial concept through final delivery.Engineer complex project specifications, technical file constructions, and Direct Mail template programs to optimize personalization and quality assurance.Negotiate vendor costs and oversee budget management, executing competitive bid analysis and cost-saving measures across external supplier pools.Establish and track comprehensive production timelines to ensure cross-functional milestones, postal compliance, and key delivery schedules are met flawlessly.
