Deliver virtual educational support and counseling services to patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring high engagement and accessibility. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, coordinating communication between them and healthcare professionals, hence facilitating comprehensive care. Assess and understand each patient’s unique needs, preferences, and goals to provide a seamless and personalized experience that guides them through their pathway to treatment. Educate patients about program policies and procedures while meticulously documenting all interactions in clinical charts to maintain a detailed account of their treatment journey. Regularly update patient records and progress notes, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and provides insights into patient status and interventions. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution. Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California. A minimum of three years of experience in counseling, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and skills in clinical practice. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Preferred Experience

Experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus. Additional certifications in specialized areas of therapy or counseling may be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
