Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health status and concerns, integrating their unique histories and perspectives.

Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual, utilizing evidence-based modalities to ensure impactful therapeutic interventions.

Establish measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly assess progress toward these objectives to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

Provide teletherapy options, ensuring access to care for clients who may face barriers to in-office visits, and maintain ongoing communication to foster a supportive environment.

Diligently document all clinical interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.

Participate in regular professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed of best practices and enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus This role allows you to work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide clients through their healing processes, facilitating personal growth and recovery. By understanding each client’s unique journey, you will contribute to their transformation and improved well-being.

Qualifications

A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating active listening and empathy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage case loads while ensuring timely documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient mental health settings and a proven record of providing therapy to diverse populations.

Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their applications in treatment, particularly in a remote setting.

A background in engaging clients through telehealth platforms and addressing mental health concerns via virtual modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
