Work Environment
This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility to accommodate your personal commitments and professional goals. Utilizing technology for therapy sessions, our therapists connect with clients via secure video conferencing tools, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges.
Establish and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and needs.
Utilize tools like electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in compliance with all regulations.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Engage in continuous professional development and participate in training sessions provided by the organization.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices while maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance with your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will impact a diverse range of individuals who seek mental health support, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, ensuring culturally sensitive and personalized care.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Arizona.
Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in counseling or clinical practice, particularly in a telehealth setting.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote therapy platforms is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients in a virtual environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to remuneration, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
