Daily interactions will be through secure digital communication tools and electronic medical records systems, ensuring continuity of care and efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions tailored to each patient's needs. Conduct thorough clinical assessments and provide timely interventions for patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and clinical notes conforming to department standards. Deliver crisis intervention services, offering support during critical situations, and develop coping strategies that facilitate emotional regulation and behavioral management. Engage with patients' families and support systems to discuss treatment options, discharge planning, and ongoing care pathways, ensuring holistic addressing of the individual's needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in social work and behavioral health to continually enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are experiencing significant mental health struggles. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate understanding of the complex issues surrounding mental health, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help navigate these challenges and guide patients toward recovery and resilience. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting is essential. Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing applications, and spreadsheet management, are required. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Experience

Experience working in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations is preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
