Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies based on client progress and needs.
Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
Offer education and support to patients and families, helping them understand mental health issues and treatment options.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
