Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

Implement therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Collaborate with other mental health professionals and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care tailored to client circumstances.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
