Position Overview

Westside Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team. This full-time position is pivotal in providing support and counseling services to clients grappling with challenges related to neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health issues, and parental substance abuse. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in assessing client needs, providing crisis intervention, and facilitating referrals to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support. About the Organization

This position allows for remote work flexibility while maintaining a connection with clients through virtual consultations and teletherapy sessions. You will collaborate with an experienced team of social workers, psychologists, and support staff in a culture that prioritizes mental health care accessibility and sensitivity to client needs. Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized support plans tailored to client needs and specific circumstances. Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing service users to identify their strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs. Establish clear, measurable objectives for each client's treatment plan and revisit these objectives regularly to gauge progress. Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during client sessions, including both phone and video interactions. Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes, adhering to best practices in documentation. Participate in case conferences and collaborate with other professionals to address complex client situations and ensure comprehensive care. Act as a vital part of multidisciplinary teams working towards client recovery, providing expertise and continuity of care. Facilitate client referrals to community services and other support systems as needed to enhance recovery prospects. Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population includes individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to childhood trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and understanding to address unique needs effectively. Your work will directly impact these individuals' well-being, fostering resilience and recovery in a supportive environment. Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and therapeutic services. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients. Commitment to ongoing professional development and enhancing clinical skills. A client-centered approach imbued with empathy and respect. Adhering to ethical standards and professional conduct. Preferred Experience

Experience working within community mental health settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention techniques, and experience in conducting therapy via telehealth are advantageous. The ability to navigate complex casework, including familiarity with local resources and referral processes, will significantly contribute to client outcomes. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
