Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Elite Vitality Mental Healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources, utilizing tools and methods tailored for individual needs.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, engaging in regular reviews to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated treatment for our clients.

Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to develop safety plans for clients in distress, ensuring their immediate and long-term wellbeing.

Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through shared experiences and structured learning.

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Our clinic emphasizes a client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to meet the distinct needs of each individual and their families. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

An active state licensure as a

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic frameworks.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience Experience in a telehealth environment or with specialized therapeutic modalities is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your ability to manage documentation effectively. A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is also advantageous.
