Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus The main client group consists of children and adolescents in school settings who are dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. As an LCSW, you will provide essential support to students, helping them navigate their emotions and develop coping strategies to foster resilience and academic success.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

Current LCSW license in California is required.

Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or outpatient mental health setting.

Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Proficiency in electronic health record documentation and telehealth systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with children and adolescents in a school environment.

Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
