Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health challenges faced by clients and tailor individualized treatment plans.
Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methods to each client's unique needs and encouraging their personal growth.
Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that enhance community support and personal development, particularly focusing on trauma recovery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
