Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed patient assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that align with the detox process and the recovery journey. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions adapted to each client's specific circumstances, incorporating solution-focused therapy techniques. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical doctors, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic and integrated care. Providing education and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate recovery resources and coping techniques. Engaging in ongoing training and staying abreast of the latest developments in trauma-informed care and mental health treatments. Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. You will play a crucial role in empowering these clients to work towards their recovery goals, providing reassurance, support, and professional guidance during their detox process. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid LCSW license in Virginia. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in settings focused on addiction recovery or mental health. Proficiency in utilizing therapy modalities that emphasize solution-based psychotherapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client interactions. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities that adapt to the dynamic needs of clients. A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork in delivering comprehensive client care. Preferred Experience
