Key Responsibilities As an LCSW, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad age range and with diverse clinical presentations.

Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Utilize our billing service to manage claims, client accounts receivable, and conduct benefit eligibility checks, thereby streamlining administrative tasks.

Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized and accessible calendar for client continuity of care.

Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to explore effective therapeutic techniques and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking guidance in complex situations. You will be equipped to address various concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and grief, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

Current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

The ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least 2 evenings each week.

Preferred Experience

Significant training and experience in couples therapy is highly desirable.

Experience working in a remote setting with a focus on innovative therapeutic approaches is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. Additional benefits include:
