Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary treatment interventions.

Offer individual and group therapy sessions addressing various issues, including trauma, substance abuse, and anger management. For example, you may conduct weekly therapy groups focusing on coping strategies for individuals who have experienced trauma.

Design and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.

Facilitate therapeutic groups covering topics such as life skills development and relapse prevention strategies, fostering a supportive community among clients.

Collaborate closely with fellow treatment professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, involving regular case discussions and updates on treatment progress.

Provide timely crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to maintain a secure and therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, reflecting meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create an integrated support network for clients.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
