Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discern clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals. Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, providing therapy services to individuals, families, and groups that promote healing and resilience. Work closely with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care strategies that ensure holistic support for all clients. This collaboration includes participating in regular case reviews and shared treatment planning sessions. Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referral pathways as needed. Engage actively in community outreach and educational initiatives that raise awareness about mental health issues, aiming to reduce stigma and improve access to care. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population encompasses a broad spectrum of cultural backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals and families from various age groups, fostering an environment of trust and respect while addressing their unique needs. Qualifications

A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this role. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients. Demonstrated cultural competence, allowing you to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-ups within our electronic records system. Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred, equipping candidates with the necessary skills to handle the complexities of client care. Experience with various therapeutic modalities and frameworks will be advantageous in delivering specialized treatment services. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus, enabling adaptations in service delivery when remote meetings are required. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
