Work Environment This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment. As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals, utilizing digital platforms to facilitate care. Key Responsibilities

Perform crisis intervention and maintain real-time crisis alerts to ensure effective coordination with county crisis services, swiftly responding to participant needs.

Document transitions and facilitate patient transfers to and from hospital/inpatient services, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure smooth discharges.

Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques to support individuals facing emotional distress in a safe and constructive manner.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop tailored safety plans to protect clients in vulnerable situations.

Guarantee timely documentation on same-day assessments and interventions for clients at increased risk of crisis interactions, adhering to organizational standards for quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on individuals experiencing mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Our clients seek guidance and hope for stability, and as a Telehealth Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping them navigate their circumstances. Qualifications

A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport with clients effectively.

Proficiency in documentation and compliance with telehealth regulations and procedures.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in high-volume settings with the ability to prioritize and manage a caseload efficiently.

Demonstrated skill in motivating others, with a consistent approach to enthusiastic client engagement.

Adept in utilizing telehealth technologies and methodologies to deliver assessments and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from
