Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's mental health status and needs effectively.

Design, implement, and evaluate tailored evidence-based treatment plans aligned with individual goals, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.

Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address specific mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Engage with interdisciplinary treatment teams during case conferences to enhance client support and share insights regarding treatment progress.

Maintain meticulous client records, safeguarding privacy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
