Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological state, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques supported by the latest research to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.
Establish strong collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary team members, actively participating in case discussions and team meetings to coordinate care effectively.
Educate and support clients’ families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the recovery process.
Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld in all documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
