Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans that address their specific situations.

Employ evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote client mental health and overall well-being.

Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care and effective treatment outcomes.

Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to navigate mental health challenges.

Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapies to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your caseload will include a diverse group of individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological conditions, empowering them to reclaim their lives and establish healthier emotional patterns.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, showcasing your commitment to the field.

An active LCSW license in the state of Florida is essential for this position.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating a proven track record in providing mental health services.

Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy modalities, ensuring effective interventions for your clients.
