Inner Mastery, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our expanding Telehealth team in Astoria, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on Standard Practice Guidelines for each diagnosis.
Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy, tailored to the needs of each client.
Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and coordinate with fellow therapists to share insights and enhance client care.
Deliver weekly therapy sessions via secure live video, addressing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
Utilize evidence-based care metrics and self-assessment tools to monitor client progress and make data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly portal, reducing the administrative burden on therapists.
Participate in clinical consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to discuss treatment strategies and receive support as needed.
Diagnose mental health conditions according to the DSM-5 criteria, ensuring clinical accuracy in treatment approaches.

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing adults from various backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns. Qualifications
An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory; holding licensure in multiple states is highly desirable.
A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Strong proficiency in digital healthcare solutions and a willingness to incorporate technology into your therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing telehealth therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
