Key Responsibilities

Conduct teletherapy sessions for individual clients as well as couples and families, helping them navigate emotional and psychological challenges.

Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans aimed at fostering healing and resilience.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate client progress, ensuring an individualized approach that meets each client’s unique circumstances.

Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with regulations and organizational standards, emphasizing ethical practice.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies and address clients’ comprehensive wellness needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your focus will primarily be on clients undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to employ therapeutic techniques that address both immediate emotional needs and long-term challenges. You will be pivotal in supporting clients through their recovery journeys, helping them build resilience and establish healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

A current and valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.

Proficiency in technology and teletherapy platforms to facilitate remote sessions.

Strong clinical skills and a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience providing teletherapy services is highly preferred, particularly in mental health or addiction recovery settings.

Familiarity with evidence-based interventions suited for substance use and other mental health disorders.

Background in crisis intervention and supportive counseling techniques to address immediate patient needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
