Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique challenges and aspirations, employing methodologies that align with evidence-based practices.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using dynamic and interactive approaches, helping clients engage fully with their therapeutic process.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic and synchronized approach to client care.
Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering greater understanding and active participation in clients' recovery journeys.
Maintain meticulous and confidential records, complying with all relevant regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our mental health clinic serves a diverse population of clients facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications
Possession of a current and valid licensed credential, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
Proven expertise in mental health counseling, underscored by a solid understanding of contemporary therapeutic practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and engaging effectively with team members.
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of direct experience in clinical mental health counseling is required.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms would be advantageous.
Background in trauma-informed care and the use of evidence-based treatment modalities is highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
