Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social environments to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of healthcare professionals, offering insights and recommendations that align with best practices in mental health care.

Remain engaged with ongoing professional development by staying updated with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic techniques to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
