The role allows you to connect with patients through telehealth platforms, which are fully integrated with your day-to-day duties. You will be part of a large virtual team, collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers through various online communication tools. Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough clinical assessments via telehealth, developing personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices and solution-oriented approaches tailored to individual needs. Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with a focus on adaptable strategies suitable for remote consultation. Ensure compliance with regulations by maintaining accurate clinical records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems. Actively participate in case consultations and peer review meetings through virtual platforms, enhancing collaborative care efforts among multidisciplinary team members. Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available resources, utilizing digital communication tools to provide accessible information. Stay current with the latest mental health research by engaging in virtual workshops, webinars, and online courses, incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and present with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. You will work directly with individuals and families, providing compassionate support and guiding them through their healing journeys. Your role will be crucial in helping patients achieve their treatment goals and fostering resilience within their communities. Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution. Possession of a valid LMSW license issued in the state of practice. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting. Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques, especially in remote environments. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively through virtual channels. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, adept at troubleshooting challenges that may arise in a remote setting. Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere. Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with digital mental health platforms and familiarity with telehealth best practices are beneficial.
