This role is focused on providing therapy in a remote setting, specifically tailored to clients within a detox center environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of therapeutic needs and fostering a safe space for open dialogue.

Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring that all notes are completed accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.

Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an up-to-date calendar that optimizes accessibility and client satisfaction.

Utilize our comprehensive billing service to handle claims, insurance accounts receivable, and other logistical tasks, allowing for a smooth therapy experience.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when working with various clinical presentations, ensuring that all clients receive the targeted support they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will include clients experiencing substance use challenges, where you will guide them through therapy tailored to their unique experiences. Working with a broad age range, including adolescents and adults, you will utilize your clinical skills to implement effective interventions that promote recovery and improve mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Current and valid LCSW license for independent practice in Illinois.

Strong professionalism, self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency are essential in providing comprehensive client care.

Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week with a commitment to at least 2 evenings per week for client sessions.

Preferred Experience

Demonstrated skill and experience in providing therapy to couples, as this will enhance our ability to serve clients effectively.

Strong background or interest in addiction treatment and recovery, aligning with our focus on detoxification and mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
