Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote positive mental health outcomes. Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses both the psychological and physical aspects of recovery. Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and develop best practices. Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey. Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new evidence into the therapeutic process. Manage a full caseload of clients, actively engaging with them to meet treatment goals effectively and compassionately. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center caters to a diverse client population, including individuals facing issues related to substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. By specializing in trauma-informed care, we focus on understanding and addressing the unique experiences and challenges each client brings, ensuring our interventions are sensitive and effective. Your role as an LCSW will be crucial in helping clients navigate their struggles, building resilience, and achieving sustained recovery. Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your academic dedication and expertise. An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), reflecting your commitment to the profession. Proficient understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to provide individualized care tailored to client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing you to navigate complex client situations effectively. Experience working in a rehabilitation or detox setting, particularly with patients who have a history of substance use disorders. The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
