Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized counseling through video sessions, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health.
Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering self-insight and personal growth.
Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to define and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

Maintain consistent communication with clients through our online platform to ensure ongoing support and progress tracking.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients you will work with are pre-screened adults exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns who are seeking to enhance their emotional well-being. Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
Applicants must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas, including:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Note: Limited or provisional licenses and candidates with disciplinary actions are not eligible.
Preferred Experience
We seek individuals with a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor. Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature are essential, along with a proficient understanding of technology as you will navigate digital platforms for client session management.
