Position Overview Solaris Health System is seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing mental health counseling and support to individuals navigating various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, and fostering their journey toward improved mental well-being.

Work Environment This position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured environment. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize advanced digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions and interact with clients, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. This setup allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions tailored to each client’s specific situation.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring high-quality care and accountability.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and support.

Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning among colleagues.

Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methods, and available community resources, fostering a supportive environment that encourages participation in their treatment plans.

Stay current with new research and advancements in mental health care, integrating innovative practices into your treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and represent a wide range of ages and experiences. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma experiences, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients understand their conditions and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications

A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Demonstrated ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy techniques that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, effective in navigating complex cases.

Experience in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and contributing positively to a supportive workplace culture.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in telehealth settings is an advantage, as it requires proficiency in using virtual platforms for therapy sessions.

A background in working with clients facing trauma, depression, and anxiety challenges will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your education, experience, and credentials.
