Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to both staff and families associated with our services, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

Supervise multidisciplinary staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with state regulations regarding mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with a diverse population, including individuals coping with addiction, trauma, PTSD, homelessness, and various co-occurring disorders. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and tracking progress to facilitate positive outcomes. Your expertise will allow you to address specific challenges faced by our clients, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

Qualifications

A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Pennsylvania, with a commitment to maintaining compliance with supervision guidelines.

A minimum of two years of documented experience in providing crisis management and delivering mental health services effectively.
