Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for development, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations. Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the specific emotional and psychological needs of each client. Provide individual therapy sessions, focusing on building a therapeutic alliance and fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting interventions as necessary and collaborating with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals. Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual consultations, thereby extending our reach to those with accessibility challenges. Maintain accurate documentation and case notes to meet ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records reflect ongoing treatment and progress. Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops, peer consultations, and attending relevant conferences to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from distinct backgrounds, and your empathy and cultural competency will be essential in providing equitable and effective care. Qualifications

A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to create a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively balance caseloads and administrative responsibilities in a remote work setting. Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing counseling or therapy services is required. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally responsive therapeutic approaches are strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
