The Touchstone Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis, with the flexibility of remote work. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify each child's unique needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to improve the child's developmental outcomes. Monitor and evaluate progress consistently, engaging with interdisciplinary team members such as educators, therapists, and parents to adjust treatments as necessary. Provide emotional support and practical advice to families, empowering them to advocate for their child’s needs and navigate available services. Adhere to all federal and state regulations ensuring compliance in all aspects of service provision. Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport with children and families, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth. Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on children from birth to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will address a diverse range of challenges, integrating natural learning environment practices to promote the child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. Your role is to ensure that each child receives personalized support that aligns with their developmental goals, thus making a profound impact during their formative years. Qualifications

A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. A current, valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health. Demonstrable experience engaging with children in early intervention settings, with a minimum of two years in direct practice. Proficient in adapting techniques to accommodate varied learning styles and meet the individualized needs of children. Possession of a valid driver’s license, as travel may be occasionally necessary. A strong commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices as part of the child’s intervention strategy. Preferred Experience

In addition to the core qualifications, candidates will benefit from experience in collaborative settings that involve working with interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of federal policies and state regulations pertaining to early intervention services is advantageous. Familiarity with assessment tools and methods specific to childhood development will enhance your ability to deliver effective services. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
