Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to devise personalized treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to individual needs.
Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities aimed at fostering client resilience and recovery.
Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care tailored to the evolving needs of clients.
Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, validating your academic commitment to the mental health field.
An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, assuring your professional competency and adherence to licensing standards.
Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with an ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
