Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalized individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Develop comprehensive and customized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' specific needs and treatment goals, regularly reviewing and updating plans as required.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, specialists, or case managers to provide holistic support to clients, ensuring a cohesive approach to their mental health care.
Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to ensure adherence to best practices, including participation in supervision sessions and staff meetings.
Support clients in connecting with community resources, providing referrals where necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals facing challenges related to mental health, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Qualifications
Active and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to providing inclusive care that respects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all clients.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a counseling or mental health setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.
Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Experience in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, couples, or families, valued but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
