Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic frameworks to gather critical information.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions aimed at improving client outcomes.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care and coordinate services for clients.

Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health concepts and coping strategies, fostering an understanding of their treatment.

Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus The primary focus will be on serving a diverse population, addressing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
