Position Overview Resilient Roots Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more comprehensive assessments as needed, ensuring timely and effective mental health interventions.

Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services, collaborating with family members and other providers to maximize student support.

Provide an array of mental health services including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention tailored to the unique needs of the school population.

Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to develop collective strategies aimed at improving student outcomes and ensuring effective service delivery.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.

Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting interventions and facilitating necessary referrals as clients transition through different stages of care.

Contribute to quality improvement efforts by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency within the organization.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges within the school system. Clients may include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns. The LCSW will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young people, guiding them towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required.

Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, with a focus on youth is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to diverse populations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in school-based mental health settings is highly desirable.

Familiarity with evidence-based practices for trauma-informed care and effective crisis intervention strategies.

Experience engaging with families and community resources to enhance client support systems.

Compensation and Benefits Resilient Roots Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
