Work Environment This role is designed for a remote work setting, enabling you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, utilizing your professional expertise to guide therapy.

Provide therapeutic sessions via video conferencing, phone calls, and interactive online tools, ensuring a robust and engaging therapeutic experience for clients.

Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies based on outcomes and feedback, ensuring that care remains effective and responsive.

Document client interactions and maintain accurate records through our secure platform, adhering to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Collaborate with a network of professionals for constant knowledge exchange and referrals, contributing to a community-focused approach to mental health.

Join regular peer consultation meetings for supervision and support, enhancing your clinical practice through shared experiences and insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a part-time LPCC, you will primarily work with low acuity adult clients who present with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, obesity-related issues, and grief counseling. Importantly, our platform is designed to exclude children and individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the associated complexities of higher-acuity cases.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant field—such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology—is required.

An active LPCC licensure in good standing, free from disciplinary actions.

A reliable internet connection as well as access to a personal computer or laptop for conducting sessions (tablets are not permitted).

Familiarity with telehealth practices and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of client care in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing remote counseling services, demonstrating an adaptive approach to technology and client engagement.

Background in treating a variety of mental health issues aligning with our client demographics.

Familiarity with interactive therapeutic tools for online engagement and tracking client progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from

USD 52,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
