Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of concerns and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that address the unique needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness approaches.
Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
Offer teletherapy options, facilitating remote sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings due to convenience or accessibility challenges.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, guaranteeing that all client records are updated and secure.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to expand clinical knowledge and stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications
A current and valid professional license as a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),
or
Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, promoting a non-judgmental space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseload efficiently while balancing administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
