Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing high-quality support to students. Key tasks include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ emotional and mental health needs. Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with students, teachers, and families to address specific challenges and goals. Providing counseling services to students, facilitating coping strategies, and supporting their mental health during life transitions or difficulties. Advocating for students' needs, ensuring they have access to appropriate educational and community resources. Engaging with interdisciplinary teams—including educators, school psychologists, and parents—to coordinate effective interventions and monitor student progress. Delivering workshops or group sessions to equip students with social skills, resilience strategies, and emotional regulation techniques. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and student interactions in line with ethical and regulatory requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client population consists of school-aged children and adolescents who may face various challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma. Your work will focus on fostering an environment where students feel safe and supported, allowing them to engage fully in their educational experiences. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona. A minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, particularly within an educational or community health context. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and effective intervention strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with students and interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience working in school settings or with child and adolescent populations are highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and previous roles that involve crisis intervention or case management will be considered advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
