Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using established diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans that address client-specific needs, clearly outlining measurable therapeutic goals.
Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. Tailor these techniques to enhance clients’ coping strategies and emotional well-being.
Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation supports a commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to offer integrated care solutions. Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights for holistic treatment approaches.
Engage in regular case supervisory sessions and peer review meetings to foster professional development and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment journey.
Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based care, contributing to positive client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clientele you will serve includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications
Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, confirming your advanced understanding of mental health principles.
Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits
