Position Overview The Emblem Mental Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a full-time LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exemplary mental health support to clients grappling with various mental health challenges. Work Environment This position operates in a fully remote work setting, allowing for greater flexibility while maintaining a strong team collaboration ethos. Although remote, our LCSWs are integrated into a supportive network, enabling consistent communication and engagement with fellow professionals and multidisciplinary teams. You will be equipped with advanced technological tools for teletherapy sessions and electronic record-keeping to ensure seamless client care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources.

Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailored to the individual client's needs.

Implement treatment strategies grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

Create and maintain comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, clear objectives, and interventions in collaboration with clients.

Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a diverse treatment team to enhance coordinated and holistic client care.

Offer crisis intervention skills, risk assessments, and personalized safety planning to clients as needed.

Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups while promoting active participation.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will have a profound impact on a diverse array of clients facing mental health challenges ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. You will interact with individuals experiencing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions tailored to foster resilience and growth.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct therapeutic services.

Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with demonstrated knowledge of treatment philosophies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by effective assessment and documentation abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient mental health settings.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance client care and documentation processes.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, comprehensive client support.
