Work Environment This remote position allows our clinicians to connect with clients from the comfort of their own environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be supported by a collaborative team that values your contributions and encourages professional growth. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but we also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

Deliver empathetic, culturally-responsive psychotherapy sessions tailored to individual adults, teens, children, couples, or groups.

Manage a caseload effectively by maintaining timely and precise documentation using our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques.

Participate in regular team meetings, peer consultations, and ongoing clinical training to enhance service delivery and clinical skills.

Contribute creatively to the evolution of our programs, services, and workplace culture, ensuring client-centered care remains at the forefront.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will encompass a wide spectrum of clients, from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to families seeking relational support. Additionally, you will work with underserved populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring culturally competent care for those who often face systemic barriers. This diversity not only enriches the therapeutic experience but also provides an opportunity for you to grow and adapt your clinical practice.

Qualifications

Must possess a current and active LPCC license in the state of California.

A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program is required.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with at least one year completed post-licensure, is essential.

Demonstrated understanding of DSM-5 diagnostics, ethical standards, and effective clinical documentation practices.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with underserved communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, is highly desired.

Specialized training or familiarity with techniques such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, substance use treatment, or crisis intervention will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with additional performance-based incentives.
